In early days, engine cooling system adopt the mode in which the fans
are drived by pulley to cool the tank and intercooler, the intercooler(
in front of the tank ) and heat sinks are in series connection, and they
share a set of fans directly drived by the engine. Now, more and more
high requirements in environmental protection and energy saving more
increasing in engine power, so the engine cooling requires more and the
vehicle requires more and more low noise. Basing on these, engine
arrangement and engine cooling in commercial vehicle ( especially new
energy vehicle ), CAMA ATS came into the market.
Through
intelligent controlling and modular designing, the engine can work on
the best temperature condition and achieve the effect of noise lowing
and energy saving, this can greatly reduce the cleaning times of
intercooler and tank, and low the maintain cost, so the CAMA ATS is the

1、The water tank and intercooler
are independent, and parallel setup, the two have their own fans for
dissipation, this greatly reduces the cleaning times, and lows the
maintaining cost.
2、The fan are controlled by the ECU, which can
read the temperature of the in and out the water of the heat sink, also
the intercooler. Basing on the engine cooling curve and supercharger
characteristic curve, it can control the heat dissipation, save energy
and low noise, so making the engine work at the best temperature,
improving the effective power and extending the engine life.
3、ECU adopts the advanced technology of “PWM”, the close loop system design, so the electrical fan can be drived infinitely.
