The  introduction of strengthening the rib brings about the fact that  wall-thickness is thinned and endurance is increased. thus,not only it  can lighten the weight of retarder,but also improre the credibity.

The  integrated and multi-coat heat sink is introduced to the rotor; and the  application of the high temperature alloy material increases the  high-temperature performance and magnetic performance; The design with  finite element and optimization to the structure and space angle of the  rotor heat sink enlarges heat output area and ventilation volume, which  make the following factors to be easily achieved: braking torque moment,  light weight, high efficiency, basic zero maintenance. The adoption of  universal design for connecting coupling leads easy matching different  sort of gear boxes and vehicles.
